Executive Chef Joan Sanchez is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Included in her 22 years of experience, Joan has served as pastry chef at Humphrey's By the Bay, and cook and pastry chef at Mille Fleurs. Joan's expertise is creating memorable cuisine. Stephanie and Joan plan, supervise and attend each event.
